Sand-Free Beach Towels

I love the beach but the sand can make a trip very uncomfortable. As a kid I spent a lot of time at the beach, after hours of swimming, I’d get out of the water, dry myself with my sandy beach towel (that now resembled an extra large sheet of sand-paper) and thanks to my chubby thighs that rubbed together, I'd end up with a horrible rash between my legs. I remember mum coating me in savlon of a night-time because feeling sore and uncomfortable just wasn't enough, I needed to feel bloody sticky as well.

If only sand-free beach towels had been invented back then. When we heard about them almost 3 years ago we were really intrigued and began researching their benefits, how they were made and why they were so talked about. The more we researched, the more impressed we were. After a year of research and a lot of trial and error, we came up with the perfect sand-free beach towel and felt confident to begin selling ours to the public.

We use a blend of 80% recycled plastic bottles that are turned back into polyester and 20% polyamide. Our weave is not suede but a waffle weave that makes for a super soft and very absorbent towel, our loop-free fibres ensure sand won’t and can’t stick to them. Even when they are wet, the sand falls straight off. We also added a no-rust zip pocket to our large towels so now you can keep your belongings safe, clean and sand-free.

Gone are the days of sandy beach towels, sandy belongings, sandy cars and chaffed chubby thighs.
