We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage you, our customer to try our products in the first two weeks after your purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, free items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and return the item you have. Once we receive your item we will send out the item you'd prefer. Please note that you have 30 days from purchase to exchange your item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
