Our products are made from 80% recycled plastic bottles

Each year more than 8 million tonnes of plastics are dumped into the sea. To put that into perspective, it’s like dumping a garbage truck full of plastic into the ocean every minute for every day of every year.

Amity Blue makes a substantial environmental contribution by creating products made from recycled plastic bottles, actively contributing to the circular economy. We are dedicated to reducing plastic waste, as we continuously transform discarded plastic into beautiful, quality products. Our commitment to turning plastic waste into amazing products emphasizes our mission for a greener, more responsible future.

Since May 2023 we have recycled over 250,000 plastic bottles and this figure just keeps increasing.

We partner with Repreve®

Our towels are designed in Australia and manufactured offshore. We use a yarn called Repreve that was invented by Unifi, a company based in North Carolina in the United States. Whenever you see the Repreve logo you can rest assured that these products contain recycled plastic bottles.
